STARTER and PRO include unlimited QR messages on monthly and yearly subscriptions. PRO’s Official allowance resets monthly; Official sending pauses when it is used up. There are no automatic overage charges. Paid plans have no free trial, and Free does not automatically upgrade.
Your store uses one selected sending method at a time. Switching methods pauses the previous method’s automations until you review your setup.
Applicable Meta messaging fees for Official WhatsApp on Free and PRO are separate from your app allowance and subscription. See Meta’s current pricing. STARTER has no Official access or Meta messaging fees.
